I, too, have experienced ups and downs in 2009 with a goal to be more creative and to rejoined the days of freedom of schedule. The year is ending with a lot of introspection and decision-making. I'm so, so glad you verbalized your thought process in writing! You will prosper in whatever you decided to do and wherever you decide to live.
